The Poplin app revolutionizes the laundry experience, allowing you to arrange pick-ups, provide instructions, track progress, communicate with our team, and rate your experience. It's as simple as tapping a button.

Poplin offers competitive pricing for their next-day and same-day laundry services. The next-day service costs $1 per pound, while the same-day service costs $2 per pound. This includes the wash, dry, and fold of your garments. Plus, pickup and delivery are free.

While there is a minimum order requirement of $20 for next-day service and $40 for same-day service, Poplin ensures that every garment receives the same level of care and attention.

Our Laundry Pros are true artisans who take pride in their work. They delicately handle delicate fabrics, avoid over-stuffing dryers, and masterfully fold even the trickiest of tops. With Poplin, your laundry will be pampered like never before.

On top of professional washing, flawless drying, and expert folding, Poplin's laundry service also includes free pickup and delivery. We provide customization options like hang-drying as well as the Poplin Protection Plan to cover you in case of any damage or loss.

When placing an order with Poplin, you have three detergent options: premium-scented, hypoallergenic (unscented/sensitive skin), or the option to provide your own detergent. Opting for the premum-scented or hypoallergenic options ensures that your Laundry Pro will use a top-rated brand detergent. If you choose to provide your own, please include it with your pickup and any unused detergent will be returned to you.

Poplin prioritizes the safety and cleanliness of its laundry service. We do not accept unsafe or unsanitary laundry, including excessive pet hair. Before placing an order, you will need to certify that your laundry is safe, sanitary, and free from any biohazardous materials. Violators will incur a $20 fee and their laundry will be returned as is.

You may put your laundry out for pickup in any type of bag or even in your hamper. Most customers prefer to use disposable bags, but if you choose to use your hamper, we will transfer your clothes into our disposable bags and leave your hamper behind. Alternatively, you can opt to use Poplin provided clear plastic bags, which we will return to you after laundering.
